Audio-visual integration

The installation of audio-visual equipment in a meeting room, theatre, auditorium or staff canteen, can appear to require a knowledge of alchemy. From the initial study to placing in service, Lémanvisio's incomparable knowledge ensures the perfect execution of all the phases of the project.

Counsel/Study
This first phase of analysis and discussions determines the requirements and wishes of the customer, and enables the definition the principle and the secondary aims of the project.

Lémanvisio SA brings expertise, advice and vision to all questions and options in a audio-visual installation. Whatever the complexity of the project, we will always find an appropriate solution.

Lémanvisio SA can also represent the customer to ensure that their audio-visual requirements are well understood by other parties, including architects and other construction professionals.

Project
The second phase consists of presenting the basics of the project to the client, along with a detailed budget and a precise description of the equipment considered for each station.
Lémanvisio functions as research department for the realization of the project, prepares plans and diagrams, as well as validates equipment options with the architect's plans. In parallel, Lémanvisio selects suitable equipment to ensure an effective operational system.

Installation/Integration/Programming
The third phase is that of the realization of the project, which includes supply of material, installation, integration, configuration and testing, all checked by Lémanvisio.

The project manager is in charge of the implementation of the project, the supervision of teams (installation, programmers and technicians), as well as validation of tests. There is also a program engineer who ensures the setup is in accordance to the automatism of management control required, total or partial audio-visual integration.

Commissioning/Training
The fourth phase is the commissioning of the installation and handing over to the client.
After quality assurance testing and the commissioning of the audio-visual installation, Lémanvisio provides the client with general training so that they will be able to easily use the equipment. At the same time, Lémanvisio hands over a complete technical dossier of the project (diagrams, instructions, etc). This file serves as a reference for maintenance and any future evolution of the installation.
