All audio-visual systems and equipment, no matter how simple or sophisticated, can have problems. Aware that even a short interruption of service can quickly cost a company, Lémanvisio has set up a support service that is as fast as it is highly qualified.

- An immediate attempt at resolution of the problem by telephone before sending a technician on site.
- A team of qualified engineers and technicians, all experts in their technological field, on hand to assist.
After-Sales Service Opening and Intervention times
Lémanvisio's after-sales intervention service operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00 (excluding public holidays).
On-site after-sales service is carried out according to availability of resources and degree of the breakdown emergency.
The intervention delay does not include time taken to the repair or replacement components (if necessary).
Maintenance Contracts
To benefit from even more efficient assistance in the event of a problem, Lémanvisio proposes two types of maintenance contracts:
- Maintenance contract: parts, labour and displacement are included, as well as the provision of equipment for standard exchanges. Three interventions per year are covered.
- Guaranteed intervention: intervention is guaranteed within an agreed time. Three interventions per year are covered. Parts, labour and displacement are invoiced separately.

Depending on the maintenance contract chosen, Lémanvisio guarantees to intervene within either four hours, or the half-day, after the call.
